An alumnus of Oxford University and the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, James provides high quality tuition in a number of formats: in person, online or by a hybrid combination. His house in Wem is home to two Grotrian-Steinweg pianos, an upright and a grand, where pupils can attend lessons and participate in informal concerts. 

James is Lead Accompanist at Shrewsbury School and Organist & Music Director at St Alkmund’s Church, Whitchurch.
